the gibson hotel, located just a short stroll and on the same side of the river as the convention centre dublin (The CCD), is delighted to offer delegates of the international clarinet association rates from €239.00 per room per night, inclusive of full Irish breakfast.
rates are inclusive of VAT, complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the hotel and use of the hotel gym.
Terms & Conditions
- Full cancellation of an individual reservation can be made up 30 days prior to arrival
- The reservation must be cancelled directly with the Hotel and a cancellation number acquired. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge equal to the value of the full amount of the booking will apply.
- Part Cancellation / reduction in room nights /amendments to bookings, will be considered on an individual basis and should the Hotel be unable to re-sell the cancelled accommodation, a charge will apply at the rate agreed for the booking.
- Only those reservations with credit card number guarantee or deposit will be guaranteed for late arrival. In the event of non-arrival, a no-show charge equal to the value of the full amount of the booking will apply.
- Late arrival can only be guaranteed by deposit or credit card number
- A deposit equal to the first nights’ accommodation will be taken at the time of booking with the balance debited 30 days prior to arrival if the card supplied declines when charged the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Maximum Occupancy is 2 adults.
